"We appreciate Google's efforts to legitimize the industry we specialize in but Virtual Tour App takes users beyond Google street view," said VTA’s founder & CEO Mark Gipson
Virtual Tour App begins production on the new AT&T Executive Education and Conference Center Virtual Tour. The project will be VTA’s most extensive virtual tour to date with 25 nodes, or separate points-of-view from various places in the hotel and conference center. It will showcase their state of the art event and teaching facilities, restaurants, ballroom, and the presidential suite which will include stunning views of the UT Tower and the Capitol Building from the suite’s balcony.
The conference center features the latest in communications technology including a multimedia amphitheater and the Telepresence Room, a meeting room with advanced video conferencing capabilities. The IACC (International Association of Conference Centres) accredited facility hosts private events in their numerous classrooms and event spaces, and includes guest rooms for business and recreational travelers. Its proximity to the University of Texas campus allows prospective students and their families to explore the campus and the university’s resources. The building, constructed by Austin Commercial, LP, opened in 2008 and was certified Gold LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) by the United States Green Building Council.
Austin, Texas based Virtual Tour App (VTA) founded by Mark Gipson is using the latest software, production equipment, advanced photography techniques and embedded multimedia to create state of the art virtual reality applications that are rapidly defining the future of this new industry.
